Mark 4:9 "And He was saying, 'He who has an ear, let him hear."
What an invitation! At times I take the parable of the seeds and the sower as God being this clumsey, happenstance farmer who only gets some of the seeds into good soil. But it is not the case. He leaves the parable with an invite in understanding. (Note as he tells the disiples "The mysteries of the Kingdom," just like the crowed, they too don't understand) - which leaves us full dependency on the Holy Spirit to listen and to glorify our Father!
