Praise Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, let His name be glorified in our lives!
This past year has been full of twists and turns for me and those I care about and love! I shall be headed to a place where, hopefully, I will be strengthened in my love for God, my girlfriend, my family; that I may look a little more like the man God's ordained me to become; and to have a rights of passage into what we call "manhood".
I am both excited, solomn and scared all at the same time! I am remembering what John Piper said as we watched a video of him speaking yesterday at church. He said, "God is most glorified, when we are most satisfied with Him!" and although I am leaving behind someone I care about dearly, and a place I have called home for years, I think about how satisfied I actually am with God and the work that He has predestined for me to do!!! Let this mark the first of my journal enteries about my journey into the Heart of God!!
